Use of Services
- All mock tests, study material, and tools are for personal learning only.
- Reproduction or resale of content without permission is prohibited.
Rentals & Payments
- Equipment (CX3, Calculators) is rented on a refundable deposit basis.
- In case of loss or damage, replacement cost will be deducted from the deposit.
- Digital product (Study Material, Mock Test) payments are non-refundable once purchased.
- All online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner Razorpay.
- We accept payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay.
- We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders within India.
- If you select COD, an additional ₹299 COD handling fee is charged. The remaining rental and deposit amount is paid to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

For payments made through Razorpay (including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets),
a payment gateway convenience fee may be charged.
This fee is borne by the customer and is calculated by Razorpay at checkout.
The final payable amount will be displayed in the Razorpay payment screen before you complete the transaction.

Payments made via UPI (Manual UPI transfer) do not attract any payment gateway or convenience fees.
Shipping Policy
We ensure prompt and safe delivery of all CX3 and Scientific Calculator rental orders placed through MyCPL.in.
Battery Policy
- We do not ship batteries with the CX3 calculator due to courier restrictions.
- You will need to use your own 4 × AAA batteries. We recommend Duracell AAA Battery.
- Please remove all batteries before sending the device back, as couriers do not allow items containing batteries.
- Batteries will remain with you for your personal use; MyCPL.in does not bear the cost of these batteries.
Shipping Details
- Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 working days after confirmation and payment.
- We deliver through reputed courier partners across India.
Shipping Charges
- One-way delivery shipping is covered by MyCPL.in.
- Return shipping must be paid by the client when returning the rented item, unless stated otherwise below.
Delivery Delays
We understand that courier delays can affect your exam planning. In case of unexpected delays caused by the courier, the following policy applies:
- If your package is delayed and cannot reach you on time, we will provide a full refund up to 2 day prior to your scheduled exam or expected usage date.
- We kindly request you to return the unopened package back to us.
- MyCPL.in will bear the full cost of return shipping in such delay-related cases.
- To avoid last-minute issues, we strongly recommend placing your order early and keeping an alternate provider as a backup during peak seasons.
Return & Refund
At MyCPL.in, we have designed a simple, transparent, and affordable return process for all rental customers.

Scheduled Pickup: Once your rental period is completed, you can request a return pickup from your location. We will schedule the pickup as per your preferred date and time. The pickup cost will be charged at actuals and will not exceed ₹100.

Return Shipping Label: At the time of return, we will provide you with a pre-generated shipping label. You simply need to paste this label on the top of the box. Our courier partner will then collect the package from your location.

Return Shipping Charges: The final return courier charge will be clearly shown to you in advance and will always be kept below ₹100.

Refund of Security Deposit: Once the returned package is received and verified at our warehouse, your refundable security deposit will be processed within 1 hour. The return-side shipping cost will be deducted before initiating the refund.

Pickup & Drop via Non-Delhivery Couriers:
In some locations, pickup or drop may be arranged through courier partners other than Delhivery.
In such cases, the courier charges may be higher.
The final pickup or drop cost will be shared with you in advance and confirmed
before scheduling the pickup or delivery.
For non-Delhivery courier services, MyCPL.in will not bear the courier charges.
Note: The product must be returned in proper working condition with all accessories intact to qualify for a full deposit refund.
Damage & Loss
- The user is responsible for the item until it reaches back safely.
- In case of damage, repair or replacement cost may be deducted from the security deposit.
